Online Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy for online orders?

To receive your refund to your original payment method, your purchase must be returned to our facility within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we cannot accept returns without your receipt, invoice, or order confirmation.

Returns and exchanges can be easily processed at our exchange portal.

What is your exchange policy for online orders?

If you've ordered the incorrect replacement earbud or charging case for your headphones, we can process an exchange (you’ll need to pay the difference if the correct item is a higher price.) No additional shipping fees will be incurred for a reshipment.

We will provide a return label for you to ship the item back, and you'll be able to create an instant exchange order to have the correct replacement sent out within 1-2 business days.

If you've ordered the incorrect replacement earbud or charging case for your headphones and would simply like to return them (changed your mind, or found your original piece), please access our exchange portal to return the item. In this circumstance, we will provide a refund for the total purchase minus our return service fee of $7.

 

How can I return/exchange my items?

You can easily open a return or exchange order in our return portal.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Once we’ve received your return, allow us 1-3 business days to process your order at our facility. Once your refund is initiated, it may take 1-3 business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method used. You'll receive an email notification letting you know your refund has been processed.

 

Will I receive a refund for expedited/International shipping? 

We provide free domestic and standard shipping services. Priority and international shipping services are not free and will not be credited to your return if you decided you no longer want the item. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on cables, accessories, or items used for more than 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We are able to process an exchange if you've purchased the wrong item. Utilize our Exchange Portal to process an instant exchange or standard exchange. Instant exchanges will place a temporary $1 hold on your card, allowing us to ship your replacement immediately(please note you'll need to send your item back within 30 days or your card will be charged the remaining balance of the item.)

 

If you'd prefer to send the item back and wait till we receive it to process your exchange, simply select standard exchange.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time(1-3 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
